iTrinegy monitoring

Published: 30 June 2009

iTrinegy AppQoS LIVE! provides application performance monitoring within a single CD/USB disk and is designed to bring the power of a dedicated appliance-based monitor to your computer. The AppQoS LIVE! system is a Networked Applications Monitoring and Reporting system that allows you to take a overview of activity, then drill-down to analyse and troubleshoot bottlenecks and other problems. Until now networked application performance monitoring has been delivered using high-cost appliances, but iTrinegy now delivers its Application Performance Monitoring technology (AppQoS) via a CD/USB disk which transforms a laptop/desktop/rack-mount computer into an application monitoring tool without even requiring software installation.

AppQoS LIVE! runs on any major manufacturer’s hardware, without altering the operating system or files already installed on the computer. Booting using the CD/USB stick temporarily transforms the computer into a networked application monitoring tool with the computer returning to its normal state afterwards. The data gathered can be stored in a folder on any existing hard drive or on other writeable or flash media. It has an extremely simple update path – just insert the latest version on CD/USB or other portable storage device into your machine and it’s ready for use. No need to de-install older versions or overwrite existing versions as you would need to do with installed software.
